Classifying Your Back Pain

The diagnosis and management of low back pain (LBP) relies on a focused history and clinical examination, with the goal being to triage patients into those with specific spinal pathology (fracture, malignancy, infection, etc), those with radicular symptoms, and those with non-specific LBP. – (Bardin LD, King P, Maher DG.
